I fell in love with this dress the moment I tried it on. I loved the way it fit and that slit… I mean do I really need to say much more?! When I purchased this piece, I did so with the intention of wearing it to a formal event. When the event was cancelled, however, it left this dress hanging in my closet for nearly a year.
When it was time for my birthday date this past week, I decided now was the time to wear it! We made a reservation for Vivace and had a wonderful evening. Sure, I was a tad overdressed, but wearing the perfect outfit, to me, is all about confidence. So what if other people are more dressed down? I felt beautiful and I was happy, and that was all that mattered! So, take my advice. When in doubt, just dress up! Act like there’s no one else in the room and wear whatever you want, because darling, you look fabulous!
