I think it is safe to say that my version of neutrals are different than most. Generally, neutrals tend to fall in the white, nude, black color scheme, but for me, neutrals aren’t limited to a certain color story.
I consider “neutrals pieces” to be anything that can be worn with a great variety of looks. Since I love color, these pieces tend to be somewhat statement-like, but I love it. My soft pink wool coat. Neutral. Military green pants. Neutral. Leopard pumps. You got it, neutral. Needless to say, when I called this shades of olive outfit, “a casual neutral look” a couple of my friends cracked up. I mean I agree it is bright, but hey, I like defining my own version of fashion terms!
